Delivery Coverage 

We ship across the United Kingdom and offer delivery to the European Union. 

Shipping Rates 

Standard Shipping – UK Mainland: 
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over £50 to UK Mainland addresses. Automatically applied at checkout. Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days. 
 
Standard Shipping (Orders under £50): 
Orders under £50 incur a delivery fee, calculated at checkout based on location. 

Premium Delivery (Express Option) 

We offer a premium delivery service for faster delivery. Available at an additional surcharge. Price is calculated at checkout based on order size and location. Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days (UK Mainland). Premium delivery may not be available for all locations or oversized items. 

European Union Shipping 

We offer shipping to the European Union at a flat rate of €15.00 per order. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. 

Excluded Areas from Free Shipping 

Free UK Mainland shipping does not apply to Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Shipping rates for these areas are calculated at checkout. 

Offshore Deliveries & Surcharges 

Deliveries to offshore locations (including Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands, and Isles of Scilly) may incur additional charges. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and delivery times may be longer. 

Oversized & Bulk Items 

Some products are classified as oversized or bulk items due to their weight, dimensions, or special handling requirements. 
 
A delivery surcharge will be added to all bulky and oversized items. 
 
- This surcharge applies regardless of order value (including orders over £50) 
- Charges are calculated automatically and displayed clearly at checkout 
- Premium delivery may not be available for these items 

Delivery Timeframes 

UK Mainland: 2–5 working days (standard), 1–2 working days (premium). 
Highlands & Northern Ireland: 3–7 working days. 
Offshore Locations: 3–10 working days. 
European Union: 5–10 working days. 

Order Processing 

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day. 

Important Information 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and possible duties or taxes.
