What You’ll Need
- 2 Sausages
- 2 rashers of Bacon
- 8–10 Button Mushrooms
- ½ tin of Baked Beans
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 2 slices of Black Pudding or 2 Hash Browns
- 2 Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tsp Cooking Oil
- Brown Sauce or Ketchup (optional, but highly recommended)
How to Make It

Sizzle the sausages: Drop them into the large compartment of your combi pan over a medium heat. Turn regularly until they start to brown all over.

Add the rest: Once the sausages are halfway there, add in the bacon rashers and your choice of black pudding or hash browns. Keep everything moving—crispy edges, no burnt bits.

Get the sides going: In one of the small compartments, pour in your beans. In another, add a teaspoon of oil, then the cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. Stir occasionally so they soften without sticking.

Eggs last: Crack the eggs into the final compartment with a splash of oil—try not to break the yolks unless that’s your style. Keep the heat steady and gentle.

Steam finish: Close the lid for a couple of minutes. This helps everything cook through evenly and adds a bit of steam to fluff up the eggs and finish off the sausages.
